Ins and Outs of Annehurst Village

What once was a 245-acre tract of farmland is now the friendly neighborhood of Annehurst Village. Mr. Murray Lincoln—former CEO of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company—bought the land in 1959 and affectionately named it after his wife, Miss Anne Hurst. Mr. Lincoln knew the neighborhood was bound for success due to its accessibility to Westerville. Detailed planning and strong housing standards created the highly-desirable homes in this area.
